Day 3

23.11.23

On this Wednesday, November 23, under a blue sky and with a resplendent sun, we head to St Denis, departmental capital full of history and culture. In the form of an urban escape game, the students of Mille Roches College, have proposed puzzles to our European partners. So we have combined urban walking, cultural and culinary discoveries in one day. On the way back, we enjoyed the visit of the beautiful farm of the Domaine de la Vanille also called Domaine du Grand Hazier in Ste Suzanne where the process of growing vanilla pods was explained to us from the harvest to the marketing of “the black gold of the Indian Ocean”
